Can I update my email information?
For Public and Businesses, you can update your e-mail information. However for Organization and E-Agreement, Admin needs to delete the old user ID and recreate it by using new e-mail.
Payment
What is the time period set for payment on the agreement transaction?
Public and Businesses must proceed to do the timely payment otherwise the digital signing process and online stamping cannot be completed.
However, for Organization or E-Agreement package subscribers will have a different billing method with different period set. Our person in charge will communicate directly with the package subscribers on the details.
I want to make a Stamp Duty payment however my payment date has expired. Will there be any penalties or additional charges?
Yes. If it is not stamped within the stipulated period, the penalty imposed is based on the followings;
• RM25.00 or 5% of the reduced duty, whichever is higher, if it is stamped within 3 months after the time for stamping;
• RM50.00 or 10% of the reduced duty, whichever is higher, if it is stamped after a period of 3 months but not later than 6 months after the time for stamping
• RM100.00 or 20% of the reduced duty, whichever is higher, if it is stamped after 6 months after the time for stamping.
